PACT · BY AEQUARA

Shake on it —
after four AIs try to break it.

Most deals between people go wrong in ways nobody wrote down. Describe your deal and four rival AI labs — Anthropic, DeepSeek, Google, Groq — each run a pre-mortem: “assume this blew up a year from now; how?” Your plain-language agreement ships with what-if clauses for the failure modes they found. Both of you click-accept, and the record is sealed with an integrity fingerprint.

How it works

  1. Describe the deal ($9.99). Who’s agreeing to what — amounts, dates, expectations, in your own words.
  2. Four labs run the pre-mortem. Each independently imagines how this exact deal fails — then the draft covers the top failure modes with plain-language “what if” clauses. Corroboration is shown: you see which labs raised each risk.
  3. Both of you accept. You send a private link; they read the same agreement and type their name to accept — free.
  4. The record is sealed. A SHA-256 integrity fingerprint locks the accepted text — if the record ever changed, the fingerprint wouldn’t match. If things still go wrong, the pact is ready-made evidence for a neutral verdict on Settle.

Illustrative example — not a real pact

“I’m lending my brother $3,000 for a car, he’ll pay me back monthly.”

⬤ The pre-mortem surfaces what the handshake missed: What monthly amount, starting when? What happens on a missed month — grace period or the full balance due? Is this forgiven if the car is totaled? Does it survive if one of you moves? The drafted pact answers each one in plain words — before the first missed payment turns Thanksgiving awkward.

Pact produces a clear written record and stress-test of your deal — it is not legal advice, and whether an informal agreement is legally enforceable depends on your situation and where you live. The seal is tamper evidence (recompute and compare), not a notarization. For high-stakes agreements, have a lawyer review the pact — it gives them a running start.
